During this session, participants shared that the top 2 concerns of their employees and colleagues are:
- How they are going to manage it all.
- How they can gain more flexibility to manage it all.
Everyone walked away with a better understanding of the many roles they hold as a parent/caregiver, professional, partner, and of course as individual person. We dove into the different priorities within our competing roles and how the ability to meet our own expectations is dependent on how these roles and priorities intersect.
