Q1. What types of professionals are in the WRK/360 Network?

Attorneys, financial experts and coaches, parent educators, marriage and family therapists, working parent coaches and other health and wellness professionals that are focused on support families and parents.

Q2. I need to find a PROFESSIONAL. How do I get started?

You can start your search process by accessing our directory or reaching out to a member of our Concierge Team who will personally match you with the right professional resources for your needs.

Q3. How does your matching process work to help me find the right professional for my needs?

First, you reach out to our Concierge Team to start the matching process. Also, in case you were wondering, we are real humans helping you find the right resources!

When you reach out to our Concierge Team, we will ask you to provide us with some basic information like what type of professional you are looking for and your zip code as well as non-confidential information that may help us pinpoint the right professionals.

Then, we 1) match you with professionals in our network who do exactly what you need help with and 2) are located closest to your zip code.

Q4. Is your Concierge Team made up of real humans?

Yes!  Every situation is personal and different so we believe the best way to match you with the right resources is to have real people doing the matching process. There are some things machines just can’t do and that’s help you find the care and support you need.

Q5. What if I don’t find the professional I need?

Our network is constantly growing so if we are unable to match you with a resource in our network, we will go above and beyond to ask our network for recommendations. Our most important goal is helping you find the resources you need, whether they are in our network or not.

Q6. How do I submit a review, testimonial or feedback for a professional I’ve worked with?

Easy!  Please email us at hello@wrk360.com.  We will respond to all emails regarding reviews, testimonials or feedback in a timely manner.

Q7. How do I recommend a professional I’ve worked with?

Thank you for recommending someone!  Please send us an email at hello@wrk360.com and tell us why you love(d) working with that professional, what makes her/him great and how we can contact your recommendation.

Q8. How do I ask a professional to speak on a panel, teach a workshop or do a webinar for my company or organization?

We are happy to help you find a professional member in our network to speak at your event.  Please send us an email at hello@wrk360.com and we will respond to your email in a timely manner.  Tell us about your event or speaking opportunity and the type of professional or subject matter expert you are looking for and we will reach out to help!  Professionals in our Network absolutely love to give back and share their knowledge.

User Subscription Memberships

Q9. Are men allowed to use the WMN / WRK service and sign up for a User/Subscription Membership?

Yes! Anyone is allowed, encouraged and welcome to use the WRK/360 service and sign up for a User/Subscription Membership.  In case you were wondering if men have used and do use our service, they have!  Please check out our Terms of Use for more information.

Q10. Does WRK/360 have a free membership plan?

You can start the matching process for free by reaching out to a member of our Concierge Team, who will start working on your matches.  To see your matches and access our directory, you need to have one of our subscription memberships, which you can learn more about here.  In order to offer you our great service that helps you find the right professional for your needs, we are not able to offer any free subscription membership plans.

Q11. Does WRK/360 do any free trials?

From time-to-time, we may offer free trials of our subscription membership plans. For example, we may offer a free, one-week trial for first-time Users. If you are interested in learning more about what free trials may be available to you as a first-time User, please send us an email at hello@wrk360.com.

Q12. How do I cancel or change my subscription membership plan?

You may change or cancel your subscription membership plan by managing your settings in Your Account or by emailing us at hello@wrk360.com.  Please make sure you have read our Terms of Use for information regarding our billing and cancellation policy.

Q13. How do I reset my password or recover my username?

To reset your password, please select “Forgot My Password” on the account log-in page. If you are having issues resetting your password or you need to recover your username, please email us at hello@wrk360.com.

Q14. How do I unsubscribe from emails you send?

You may unsubscribe from any communications that don’t interest you by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails to be removed from the mailing list. Please read our Privacy Policy as there are certain non-promotional, non-marketing emails that you cannot opt-out of without cancelling your account. These emails pertain to account security, important information about our policies and site maintenance.  If you wish to cancel your account and have your email removed from all mailing lists, please email us at hello@wrk360.com so we can assist you with this request.

Q15. Can other family members in my household use the same WRK/360 User Membership?

Yes!  One WRK/360 User Membership per household where all residents live at the same physical address is permitted. However, if one of your household members moves to a different physical address, he or she will need to sign up for a new WRK/360 User Membership.

Q16. What is your Privacy Policy?

We take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. Please check out our complete Privacy Policy for more information and let us know if you have any concerns.

Q17. How does WRK/360 make money?

WRK/360 has a few different revenue sources. We make money from User Subscription Memberships and services provided to our corporate partners. We may from time-to-time earn some revenue from ticket sales to events.

Professional Membership Network

Q19. Do you let men into your Professional Member Network?

Yes!  Our brand is all about empowering individuals with the right resources and knowledge, which means we invite individuals of all genders into our Professional Member Network as long as they pass our vetting process.  See more information about our vetting process below.

Q20. What are the benefits of being in the Professional Member Network?

There are many benefits of being in the Professional Member Network and we are constantly adding new benefits!  Some benefits include 1) being listed in our Professional Member Network directory, 2) participating in content opportunities that include speaking engagements, teaching workshops, joining us for an interview-style webinar, publishing an article on our website and getting promoted to our community through social and newsletters and 3) networking opportunities.

Lastly, being part of the WRK/360 network is like a badge of honor and a stamp of approval. Our Users depend on us to provide a vetted and curated network.  We are a trusted brand and our Users know that if they work with someone in our network, they are working with the best.

Q21. What is your vetting process for Professional Members to join your Professional Membership Network?

Professional Members must be supportive of women; therefore, Professional Members must be highly recommended by other professional women who have worked with them as clients, patients or peers. We will validate any testimonials submitted. Professional Members must be in good standing with their local and state governing agency and not have any pending or prior malpractice claims. This may include carrying the proper insurance as required by local and state governing agencies. Professional Members must have some degree of reasonable experience for their profession.  Professional Members must complete an in-person or phone interview with WMN / WRK.

Professionals who pass our vetting process and meet the above requirements may be invited into the WMN / WRK Professional Member Network.

Q22. How often do you add new Professionals to your Professional Membership Network?

We add new Professionals on a rolling basis so you may be recommended and apply at any time.

Q23. How do I join the WRK/360 Professional Member Network?

To apply to join our Professional Member Network, you may have one of your past or current clients or patients recommend you by emailing hello@wrk360.comor you may email us directly at hello@wrk360.com. We will prioritize applications that come in as recommendations.
